Music at Whiting CRC

Kathy Sandel - BA in music education with a concentration in piano and voice, and a master's in music education with a concentration in Choral Conducting and a retired certified music teacher. Kathy is an accomplished musician. Kathy leads a group of ten to twelve in our adult choir. We include all music within the service. Our sanctuary auditorium is well known for its acoustics, and we hold several special programs over the course of the year. We also have concerts by the Island Singers and Pinelands Symphonic Band. Our auditorium seats up to 175 people and we concentrate on music in our church performances.  Services are of the traditional hymn format, although we are not afraid to dabble. We are looking forward to expanding our music program as talent finds its way to us. Come join us and be part of a special group of people. 

Richard Christen - Richard occasionally joins us to perform Organ and Piano pieces.  An incredible talent, Richard is involved with many musical groups in the area.  Richard's experience includes performing at Americas Keswick, several churches in the area, and leading worship at Ocean Grove during the summer months.
